About this file
This is a Pricing Table Attachment for an Internet Egress solicitation issued by the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) and the Illinois Century Network (ICN) for E-rate Program services. The contract pertains to Internet Egress services for DoIT's E-rate K-12 customers. Vendors are required to submit pricing for seven bandwidth levels: 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, 40 Gbps, 60 Gbps, 80 Gbps, 100 Gbps, and 200 Gbps, with a service start date of July 1, 2027. The pricing table must be completed in its entirety and submitted as an Excel spreadsheet with the bid submission.
Vendors must provide three pricing components for each bandwidth level: Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), Fixed Price per Mbps per Month for the Committed Data Rate (CDR), and Burst Price per Mbps per Month for usage exceeding the CDR. DoIT will only purchase Burst Price Internet in conjunction with Fixed Price Internet, not as a standalone service. Vendor evaluation will be based on the aggregate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for all bandwidth rates up to and including 200 Gbps, calculated over a six-year term assuming 50 percent burst utilization per month. The TCO calculation formula is: NRC + ((Fixed_Price × Bandwidth + Burst_Price × Bandwidth × 50%) × 72 months). The example provided in the spreadsheet illustrates that the evaluation will compare the total combined costs across all bandwidth levels to determine the most cost-effective vendor proposal.

Instructions
Vendors are required to complete pricing table below in its entirety. The "Fixed Price per Mbps" is the price for the full Commited Data Rate (CDR), and will be a fixed price per month. The "Burst Price per Mbps" is the price for any actual usage that goes above the CDR. It should be assumed that DoIT will only purchase Burst Price Internet with Fixed Price Internet. i.e. DoIT will not purchase Burst Price Internet as a stand alone service.
Please fully complete the below Pricing Table. Vendors will be evaluated based on bandwidth levels 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, 40 Gbps, 60 Gbps, 80 Gbps, 100 Gbps and 200 Gbps.
PLEASE NOTE!
This Document MUST be kept as an Excel Spreadsheet AND submitted as an Excel spreadsheet with bid submission.
