About this file
This document contains instructions related to the United States Coast Guard's solicitation for asbestos removal and abatement services at Paris Landing. The solicitation (Number 70Z02925QNEWO0021) is a Small Business Set-aside for removing asbestos-containing material from approximately 1,100 square feet of linoleum floor and carpet adhesive (mastic). Key requirements include mandatory facility examination prior to quote submission, a firm-fixed price construction contract, and contractor performance primarily using their own forces. Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The contract involves providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the abatement work, with a pre-conference to be held after contract award.
