About this file

This is a Cost Reply document for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN No. DMS-24/25-258) issued by the State of Florida, Department of Management Services, seeking Comprehensive Surgical and Medical Bundled Services and Cancer Care Coordination. The solicitation provides three potential fee response scenarios (Spreadsheets B-2, B-3, and B-4), with respondents required to provide a response to at least one spreadsheet but allowed to respond to two or all three. The contract's initial term appears to span from January 2026 to January 2033, with projected enrollment ranging from 194,787 to 198,495 participants across the contract period.

The document outlines three distinct fee structure options for potential vendors: Per Enrollee Per Month (PEPM) Fees, Contingency Based Fees, and an Alternative Fee Scenario. Each fee structure template requires detailed information, including projected annual fees, contingency fee percentages, and potential communication fees (active and passive). Respondents must provide comprehensive explanations for their proposed fee structures, with flexibility to customize their approach across the initial contract term and subsequent renewal periods. The solicitation seeks comprehensive pricing strategies for surgical and medical bundled services with a specific focus on cancer care coordination.
