About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 for Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. DMS-24/25-258 issued by the Florida Department of Management Services, concerning Comprehensive Surgical and Medical Bundled Services and Cancer Care Coordination. The addendum makes two key amendments: first, it revises the Mandatory Responsiveness Requirements, and second, it adds a new subsection to the draft contract requiring the contractor to hold and maintain a certificate of authority from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to operate as a third-party claims administrator in Florida.

The revised Mandatory Responsiveness Requirements include multiple certification requirements for respondents, such as not being on various vendor lists, compliance with state regulations regarding international business conduct, being in operation for at least three years, and providing specific documentation including a Foreign Country of Concern Attestation and Vendor Certification Form. Qualified respondents must possess and maintain a certificate of authority from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to operate as a third-party claims administrator throughout the contract's duration. The document emphasizes the need for vendors to demonstrate compliance with Florida Statutes and provide comprehensive documentation as part of their response to this solicitation.
