About this file
This document is an Attachment B Bid Sheet for Request for Bid (RFB) 758 2500000479 issued by the Kentucky State Police (KSP) for a Tactical Airborne System for a Cessna 182 aircraft. The bid sheet details four line items: a MX-10 camera system with gyro-stabilized electro-optical/infrared imaging capabilities, a Churchill Mapping system with an augmented reality system (ARS-750 ATOM 2), a Macro-Blue Display for the rear seat area, and installation services for a Technisonic TDFM-9100 All-Band Airborne Radio. The specification requirements are highly detailed, with no substitutions permitted for any of the system components.
The bid sheet requires precise technical specifications for each component, including detailed performance metrics for imaging systems, video outputs, environmental qualifications, and integration requirements. Installation requirements are specific, mandating that the installer must be located within 250 miles of Frankfort, KY, have completed at least three previous similar installations, provide an FAA Authorized Repair Station certificate, and complete the entire installation within 90 days of starting work.
