About this file
This document is an Attachment B Bid Schedule for the Administration Building Boiler Replacement Project, prepared by a County government entity. The bid schedule outlines a project with four distinct phases: Phase 1: Mobilization, Phase 2: Removal, Phase 2: Installation, and Phase 3: Site Restoration. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder at the discretion of the County, subject to the availability of funds.
The bid schedule provides a template for bidders to complete, with columns for item numbers, item descriptions, total quantity, unit, unit cost, and total amount. The document includes three important notes: (1) indicating payment types as Partial Pay (P), Final Pay (F), or Specialty Item (S), (2) specifying that unit prices prevail in case of discrepancies, and (3) warning that any alterations or modifications to the bid schedule may result in bid rejection. The total project cost will be calculated as the base bid, with the County reserving the right to make the final determination based on responsiveness and fund availability.
