About this file
This document is Attachment B, a Bid Schedule for the Administration Building Boiler Replacement Project for Tuolumne County, California. The bid schedule outlines four distinct project phases: Phase 1 (Mobilization), Phase 2 (Removal), Phase 2 (Installation), and Phase 3 (Site Restoration). The project involves removing an existing diesel-powered boiler and replacing it with an electric boiler located on the first floor of the County Administration building at 2 S. Green Street in Sonora.
The bid schedule is structured to allow bidders to provide unit costs and total amounts for each project phase. The county will award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder at its discretion and subject to fund availability. The document includes critical notes stipulating that in case of discrepancies between unit prices and total amounts, the unit price will prevail, and any alterations or modifications to the bid schedule by bidders could result in bid rejection. The bid is designed to capture the complete cost of the boiler replacement project through a phased approach, enabling precise cost tracking and financial management.
