About this file
This solicitation is for sample testing services to be provided under a single blanket purchase agreement. The United States Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Portland seeks a contractor to receive samples, machine specimens, conduct tests including chemistry, tensile, hardness and Charpy tests, and report results. Testing will cover a range of steel components from hydroelectric facilities. Quotes are due by February 5, 2024 and the period of performance is five years. Pricing is requested using the schedule of tests and sampling by contract line item number provided as an attachment.
