Payment will be made within thirty days of receipt of proper invoices submitted by the contractor to the Procurement Officer, Lance Wolf, and to shc.finance@shc.org, with invoices due no later than the 15th of each month for the preceding calendar month. All invoices must include specified information including contractor name, remittance address, federal taxpayer identification number, invoice period, contract number, purchase order number, goods or services provided, and amount due. The State retains the right to terminate the contract for convenience without cause, for default if obligations are not fulfilled, or automatically for nonappropriation of funds. The contract is governed by Maryland law and incorporates nondiscrimination, anti-bribery, and commercial nondiscrimination compliance requirements.
