ADDENDUM 1 – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
QUESTION #1:
In the description of the units you have two different proportioners listed, the Chemonics and the Foam Pro. Which one should be bid?
ANSWER #1:
Foam Pro1600 Series Foam System
QUESTION #2:
You ask for a specific number of working days for delivery. We would have to make these 13 units in batches, as we do not have the space to build/store 13 all at once. Would it be acceptable to quote working days for batches of three spread throughout several months, the last batch being four to add up to thirteen?
ANSWER #2:
The successful bidder would need to work with the requesting agency to determine need and quantity needed.
Per Section 23, any and all quantities mentioned in this Solicitation are purely estimates, and are not to be implied nor inferred as being guarantees. The state is obligated to buy only that quantity needed by its agencies during the term of the contract.
