2.0 BACKGROUND.
Morphology study is very important for biological and material science research, which have benefited tremendously by the use of electron microscopy (EM). Low Voltage Electron Microscope capable of providing transmission electron microscopy (TEM) have great value. These TEMs are benchtop instruments which can provide images of samples having details on the nanometer range. TEMs having low accelerating voltages have value in that they avoid sample staining using hazardous reagents.
