Statement of Work
The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) has a requirement to purchase steel mounting hardware for the assembly of Marine Rubber Fenders. The steel mounting hardware is composed of 210 ‐ 4” steel Angle Mounts and 210 ‐ 2 ½” Steel Clamp Bar pieces with holes as specified on the drawing in Attachment C. All steel shall conform to the latest ASTM A36 edition.
The awarded vendor must deliver materials no later than 30 days after award.
The material shall be palletized and strapped for side unload only (NO loading dock available). The vendor is responsible for all costs associated with delivery to GLS’s Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, New York 13662. GLS has limited receiving hours during non‐ Federal holiday weekdays with limited forklift capability to unload deliveries. Therefore, the vendor must coordinate deliveries at least two weeks prior to delivery and coordinate logistics of unloading materials if requesting GLS to support unloading them.
The offerors technical proposal must include:
Shop drawings stating method of providing the holes.
