About this file
This document is a State of Oregon Price Agreement between the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and a contractor for the purchase of patient beds for the ODHS Stabilization and Crisis Unit. The price agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions, including specifications, delivery locations, and the process for issuing individual purchase orders. The agreement has an initial term that may be extended, and allows for the purchase of an unspecified quantity of beds on an "as-needed" basis.
The pricing terms authorize ODHS to pay the contractor a fixed fee per bed, with no guarantee of any minimum order quantity. The agreement does not identify any set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources, but does require the contractor to comply with various federal regulations related to the use of federal funds. The agreement also outlines the process for acceptance, rejection, and revocation of acceptance of the delivered goods.
