About this file
This document contains records management language for federal contracts. It outlines 10 clauses pertaining to the treatment, ownership, and safeguarding of all records and data created or received during contract performance. Contractors must comply with federal and agency records management policies and obtain written consent before disposing of any documents. All records, regardless of format or transmission method, must be preserved as required by records retention schedules. The contractor is also required to protect sensitive information and obtain approval before engaging any subcontractors.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs for pathology physician services at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. Offerors would provide specified products or services, with responses due on the date listed and awards to be made thereafter. Pricing, terms, and any set-aside designations would be determined through the solicitation process.
