The project requires a contractor to clean, remove graffiti, patch interior cracks, and paint the interior, exterior, and metal components of three single-unit and four double-unit restroom buildings installed between the early 2000s and 2008. The buildings are Cascadian Single and Double Model CXT Vault Toilet Buildings, with single units measuring approximately 486 square feet exterior and 280 square feet interior, and double units measuring 620 square feet exterior and 293 square feet interior.
The scope of work includes comprehensive painting services with specific requirements: exterior painting in a two-tone brown color scheme similar to the current Sage Green and Sand Beige, interior painting matching current white walls and using chemical-resistant urethane for floors, and painting 11 metal doors in a complementary color.
