Attachment A - HASS Avigilon Site Health and Camera Details.xlsx

This attachment is a technical health and operational status report for the Avigilon video surveillance system deployed across the Hastings Area School System (HASS) in Michigan. The report documents detailed camera inventory, network infrastructure, and system performance metrics across two primary servers (HASS-VIDEO1 and HASS-VIDEO2) that support 275 active camera channels out of a total licensed capacity of 343 channels. The system encompasses surveillance cameras installed at multiple school facilities, including Hastings Middle School and Hastings High School, as well as a CERC (Career and Early-College) facility, with device types including Avigilon multi-head cameras, Axis single and multi-head models, and legacy AiPhone intercom systems.

The report reveals significant opportunities for system modernization and consolidation. Multiple cameras are marked for replacement or removal, including several older Axis 210A and 216FD models, with specific recommendations to consolidate three single-head cameras into multi-head units at various locations to improve coverage efficiency. Network health indicators show both servers operating normally with HASS-VIDEO2 actively connected to Avigilon Cloud Services and HASS-VIDEO1 in standby status. Several cameras exhibit failed or offline status with extended failure durations, and the report notes specific recommendations for coverage adjustments in the gymnasiums and suggests renaming duplicative camera entries to improve system organization. This technical inventory serves as the foundation for the Video Surveillance Camera & Intercom Hardware Replacement contract opportunity, identifying hardware requiring upgrade or replacement to modernize HASS's security infrastructure.
