Attachment A.xlsx

This is an equipment inventory attachment for a laundry vending services contract opportunity in South Carolina. The document provides a comprehensive listing of washing machines, dryers, and combination stack units distributed across multiple residential halls and facilities. The inventory includes equipment from manufacturers such as General Electric, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Maytag, Speed Queen, Kenmore, and Roper, with detailed specifications including make, model, serial number, year manufactured, and ownership status. The equipment is organized by building location, including Hughes Suites (Buildings B through L and A1-A2 sections), Mitchell Hall, Truth Hall, Williams Hall, Battiste Hall, and Earle Hall, with individual units cataloged in specific rooms or floors.

The majority of the equipment in Hughes Suites is owned rather than leased, with most units manufactured between 2005 and 2018. Equipment conditions are noted as "Good," "Ok," or "Bad," with some units identified as having missing knobs or being sourced from an appliance warehouse. In contrast, the residential hall facilities—Mitchell Hall, Truth Hall, Williams Hall, Battiste Hall, and Earle Hall—feature primarily leased equipment from Maytag and Speed Queen manufacturers in generally good to fair condition. The inventory assessment appears designed to support the evaluation and management of laundry service provision across the institution's residential properties, establishing a baseline of existing equipment that may inform bidding requirements, maintenance responsibilities, or replacement specifications for the laundry vending services contract.
