About this file

This document is a Cost Sheet (Attachment A) for a Request for Proposal (RFP 194598A) issued by the City of Palo Alto, California, seeking tennis class and camp instruction services for a five-year term. The City aims to implement year-round tennis classes and summer camps for youth and adults across multiple skill levels, with the potential to award contracts to multiple providers. The program encompasses various tennis class categories including Tiny Tennis, Quickstart, Junior Novice, Junior Intermediate, Adult Novice, and Advanced Player levels, with both seasonal classes and summer camp formats.

The cost sheet provides a detailed pricing structure where consultants must propose resident (student) rates and their percentage cost split for each tennis class and camp type. The document requires consultants to complete blue-highlighted cells with proposed rates, with evaluation based on the total consultant rates over the five-year period. Additional financial components include a quarterly court fee with a minimum of $3,500 per quarter and provisions for private lessons. This is a rebid opportunity, as the City previously rejected all bids for the original RFP due to insufficient evidence of financial stability, and prospective bidders will have opportunities to ask clarifying questions during a pre-bid meeting or through the OpenGov platform.
