Regional Contracting Office Erbil
In order to become part of the EIA approved vendor list, all new vendors must submit the following documents to the EIA Asayish Security Forces Office:
1. Formal memorandum requesting to conduct business with Coalition Forces in Erbil. The memorandum MUST come from the company owner.
2. Tax documentation that proves registration in Erbil.
3. Establishment agreement that states the amount of shares the owner has in the company.
4. Business license.
Vendors must submit all required documents to the EIA Asayish Security Forces for processing. Once all documents are received, the Asayish Se-curity Council will conduct a background check and provide a written for-mal approval or rejection notice.
The process may take anywhere between 3-5 months.
The POC for this action is the Asayish Security Forces. Due to level of security required, there is no phone number or email address available.
Any vendor wishing to submit a request to conduct business in Erbil, must physically proceed to Erbil’s main access gate. Once in EIA, all vendors must stop by the Welcome Center and speak to the EIA liaison to submit the required documents and start the vendor screening pro-cess.
