Performance Requirements Summary (PRS)

The following describes the major items in the contract with the incentives and deductions for the work described. This is a duplicate of the PRS referred to as Performance Standards in Section C. If there are any differences, the PRS in Section C governs.

Positive and negative incentives typically apply to every item of work. In addition to the “Required Action” shown, these incentives include:

The Contractor may receive a poor performance rating and may be terminated with repeated deficiencies. Either of these actions may result in the contractor not being selected for future contract work. Alternatively, the Contractor may receive a good or superior performance rating, and looked upon favorably for future contract awards.
