SUBJECT: Certification of Base Support Availability for 711 HPW/RHW Acquisition
“Adaptive Technologies for Force Readiness”
1. Request certification of base support availability to provide all facilities and equipment necessary for the upcoming task order/contract to provide support to the 711th Human
Performance Wing. The types of support to be provided are research and technical operations.
All work performed by the Contractor(s) throughout the duration of the contract shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, and regulations.
2. Contract Information:
a. Number of contract personnel involved: 60 FTE
b. Location of Work: Building Numbers at Wright-Patterson AFB to be utilized:
(1) Bldg. 852: Rooms 111, 114, 115, 116, 151, 153, 155, 155A, 204, 206, 214, 215, 216, 216A, 217, 327, 329, 331, 333, 334, 336, 340.
(2) Bldg. 33: Rooms B022, B023, 340, 345, 347, 348, 349, 350, 351, 352, 353, and 354.
(3) Bldg. 248: Rooms 110, 200, 202, 211, 300, 302, 303, 306, 3001, 3003, and 3008.
(4) Bldg. 441: Rooms 0-101, 0-103, 0-104, 0-105, 0-106, 0-108, 0-109, 0-110, 0-111, 0-
116, 0-117, 0-118, 0-119, 0-120, 0-121, 0-122, 0-123, 0-126, 1-08, 1-09, 1-10, 1-11, 1-12, 1-13, 1-14, 1-15, 1-17, 1-18, and 1-19.
(5) Bldg. 146: Rooms 113, 114, 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, and 122.
c. Period of Performance: 81 months from the date of award
3. Since the 711 HPW Mission Support Services Contract is a consolidation of existing efforts, the aforementioned buildings have space allocated for this effort. The government will provide the following: desk, computers, phone, facsimile, etc. as necessary for the on-site contractor. Research equipment and devices (to include, but not limited to test beds, labs, specialized test equipment, etc.) will be available for contractor use in support of research activities.
