About this file

The attached document is a schedule of values template for use in tracking project costs on federal construction contracts. It includes columns for listing line item descriptions and estimated costs, and for tracking the value of completed work, stored materials, and percentages of work finished. Buyers should use this template to submit payment applications on projects such as the National Park Service solicitation to replace the boiler at the East Headquarters in the amount of $1.00. The solicitation provides relevant details on the required boiler replacement and the involved agency, the National Park Service National Office.
