Request for Quote: HTC71123QR003

** Submission Rules & Instructions: **

1. When completing this Technical Worksheet, the quoter shall answer each question based on Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The quoter shall assume the Government has no prior knowledge of the past or present experience the quoter may have.

2. The quoter’s entire submission, based on this Technical Worksheet, SHALL NOT exceed 10 pages in length. Technical Worksheets that exceed 10 pages, will have only the first 10 pages evaluated and all other pages will be removed before the Technical Worksheet is evaluated.

4. All requested attachments, port certifications, licensing, permits, documentary evidence (photos), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) lists shall not count against the page limits.

NOTE** Failure to complete this document in its entirety or attach requested documents may result in a quoter being ineligible for award.
