About this file

This document contains a task order mapping matrix and information about a related federal contract opportunity from the Food and Drug Administration for the CBER Biologics Effectiveness and Safety (BEST) Initiative #3. The matrix outlines four tasks including data network requirements, operations and management, communications and outreach, and transition services. For each task, it lists proposed labor categories, names of key personnel, and total estimated hours per year. It also provides space to include experience and certification details for a variety of skillsets required for proposed staff. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to provide data sources for surveillance of biologics. It seeks these services from the Department of Health and Human Services and involves the FDA Office of Acquisition and Grant Services.
