About this file

The Government Property Report is a standardized form for tracking government-owned property during a contract's performance period, specifically for the USCGC STRATTON (WMSL-752) dockside repairs contract. The form requires the contractor to meticulously document each piece of government property, including its description, value, receipt date, installation/consumption date, current location, and disposition instructions. The document defines three property categories: serviceable (replaceable) property, salvage property (with minimal value), and scrap property (with no value except basic material content). The contractor must complete the form with assistance from a Government Property Administrator and include this report with their final invoice, certifying all property has been accounted for or appropriately disposed of according to provided instructions.
