About this file
This is a Mowing Inspection form template used to document compliance with mowing and grounds maintenance requirements across 19 designated locations. The inspection form includes fields for date, location identification, tract number, and inspector name.
The form establishes five Performance Requirements Standards (PRS) that contractors must meet: (1) maintaining grass height uniformly between 2-3 inches without skips, gaps, rutting, or scalping; (2) trimming around buildings, trees, playgrounds, fences, barriers, and other items to match mowed grass height; (3) removing all trash, debris, hoses, branches, and other items prior to mowing; (4) keeping grass clippings off paved roads, campsite pads, paved nature trails, concrete sidewalks, concrete pads, vault toilets, comfort stations, and roads; and (5) reporting and replacing or repairing any government property damage caused by contractor negligence. The 19 mowing tracts include various park and recreational areas such as Interpretive Center, Downstream Campground, Kiwanis Park, Beaver Creek Nature Trail, Boy Scout Park, Flat Lake, Lewis and Clark Overlook, Rifle Range, West End Campground, and Wildlife Pasture, among others. All requirements reference IAW (In Accordance With) Part 5.1 sections and a Technical Exhibit 3 for detailed specifications and management procedures.
