No. PWS Para Question Answer

1 N/A Will this solicitation award be made to the responsible offeror submitting the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA)?

The Government has the discretion to accept other than the lowest priced offeror that provides the best value.

2 N/A What specific criteria will the government use to determine if pricing is "significantly overstated or understated"

The Government intents to use diverse price analysis techniques identified in FAR Subpart 15.404-1 (b) including comparison of proposed prices received in response to the solicitation, comparison of the proposed prices to historial prices paid, comparison of proposed prices with independent Govenrment cost estimates, and others as needed.

Attachment 1 (PWS), Para 1.2.2, 6.5, & 7.3 – Can the USG clarify which number of vehicles is correct and the maximum number of vehicles the contractor will be required to perform?

* Para 1.2.2 shows 490 authorized, 517 assigned, and 0 excess vehicles (total of 517).
