About this file

This document contains a summary of the local compensation plan for local personnel subject to the Local Compensation Plan in Georgia, as well as details of the Industry Led Skills Development Program federal contract opportunity. The compensation plan summary outlines the annual salary ranges for non-professional staff, professional staff at junior, mid, and senior levels, and senior management. The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from USAID seeking to develop industry-relevant human capacity in Georgia through engaging employers to equip Georgians with in-demand skills and create direct linkages between training programs and employment in high-growth sectors. The three-component program will pilot private sector engagement initiatives, create and improve employer-demanded training opportunities, and expand access to existing high-quality training programs in rural areas and for priority populations outside Tbilisi.
