About this file

This document outlines priority groups for enrollment in VA health care benefits. It defines eight priority groups based on factors like service-connected disability ratings, special eligibility needs, and income thresholds. Priority group 1 includes Veterans rated 50% or more disabled from service-connected conditions or those determined unemployable by the VA. Priority group 2 covers those rated 30-40% disabled. Subsequent groups address POWs, the catastrophically disabled, low-income Veterans, and those willing to pay copays above income limits. The document provides detail on subpriority placement for noncompensable or non-service-connected enrollees.

This federal contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for Community Based Outpatient Clinic services in Cookeville, TN and Roane County, TN. Awards will be made through indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts to offerors who can successfully propose to operate a CBOC in the desired locations. The solicitation targets service-disabled and veteran-owned small businesses registered in relevant federal databases. The applicable NAICS code is 621498 and size standard is $22 million. Questions should be directed to the point of contact by email. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is June 4, 2020 and it will post on SAM.gov.
