About this file
Attachment 5 is a Government Property Report template for tracking government-owned property during a contract for dockside repairs. The document provides a detailed chart for contractors to document received property, including columns for property type, value, receipt date, location, and disposition instructions. The report requires collaboration with a Government Property Administrator and must be completed throughout the contract performance period, with specific definitions for serviceable, salvage, and scrap property. The report must accompany the contractor's final invoice and includes certification sections for both the Property Administrator and Contractor to verify proper accounting and disposition of all government-provided property.
This document is specifically related to the U.S. Coast Guard's solicitation (70Z08525RFLREP0014) for dockside repairs of the USCGC WAESCHE (WMSL 751), which is a 100% small business set-aside contract with a performance period from 20 October 2025 through 11 January 2026. The repair work will be conducted at the cutter's homeport in Alameda, CA, and the government will award a firm-fixed-price contract to a single responsive and responsible offeror. Contractors must submit all required documentation, including pricing schedules, welding certifications, insurance proof, and past performance information, with proposals due by 10:00 AM PST on 07 July 2025.
