About this file
This document is a Contractor CEII (Critical Energy Infrastructure Information) Non-Disclosure Agreement template for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The agreement outlines strict confidentiality requirements for contractors handling sensitive energy infrastructure information, including key provisions such as: limiting CEII access to only authorized employees, maintaining a list of employees with CEII access, prohibiting external discussions of CEII except with project owners/operators, marking and treating all CEII copies as confidential, and using CEII solely for the specific FERC project. The agreement also warns that violations could result in negative consequences and potentially impact the contractor's future ability to work with the Commission.

On behalf of [contractor name], I certify that [contractor name] will abide by the following terms with respect to critical energy infrastructure information (CEII) that the company has access to because of its work for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
Only authorized company employees with a need for the information will be given access to CEII. [contractor name] will maintain a list of each employee who is given access to CEII, including a listing of each project for which the employee has been given CEII.
