DELIVERABLES LIST FOR THE

SDA TRACKING LAYER TRANCHE 0 (T0)

WIDE FIELD OF VIEW (WFOV) PROGRAM

Dated June 15, 2020

HARDWARE:

1. Space Vehicles, Quantity: up to eight (8). One space vehicle is an integrated satellite consisting of structure, mission payloads, bus subsystems and fuel. The Government is expected to take ownership prior to launch, at the launch integration site.

2. Launch Dispenser, Quantity: number determined by Contractor. A launch dispenser is the hardware adaptor that connects the space vehicle to the launch vehicle. It is presumed multiple space vehicles will be paired with one launch vehicle. The Government is expected to take ownership prior to launch, at the launch integration site of the integrated SV/dispenser assembly.

3. Satellite Test Bed, Quantity: one (1). The satellite test bed is the platform upon which Contractor space and ground segment software is tested to assess expected or unexpected performance. It can be a purpose-built item or the integration of subsystem-level test beds. It may be delivered “in place” at the Contractor’s facility.

4. Engineering Model Hardware and Software for the HITL / SITL Testbed, Quantity: one (1). The Government-owned and operated HITL/SITL testbed will be used to verify spacecraft-to-spacecraft and payload-to-payload interoperability, network and routing behavior, space-to-ground site link compatibility and space-to-space link optical compatibility. The Contractor EM hardware and software will support HITL/SITL interoperability testing.

SOFTWARE:

5. Mission Data Processing, Quantity: one (1) Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI). This software is required to process digital exceedances into mission data for operational consumers. It can be located in the space segment, the ground segment or both.

6. Offline Mission Data Analysis Tool, Quantity: one (1) CSCI. This software is used to post-process data from the mission data processing CSCI for offline analysis, trending, etc. It will likely be located in the ground segment.

7. Telemetry, Tracking and Commanding, Quantity: one (1) CSCI. This software CSCI are Contractor-specific components that shall integrate with the Neptune® constellation operations software core. It can be located in the space segment, the ground segment or both.

8. Offline TT&C Data Analysis Tool, Quantity: one (1) CSCI. This software is used to post-process data from the TT&C system CSCI for offline analysis, trending, etc. It will likely be located in the ground segment.

DATA

9. On-Orbit Data. This data comprises bus and payload telemetry, both raw data and processed data. Electronic delivery is expected at a frequency directed by the Government.

10. BMC3 Software Development Kit. This data describes the open, modular software architecture to allow third parties to develop space vehicle applications for the BMC3 module without support from the T0 WFOV Contractor.
