TECHNICAL WORKSHEET
Port of Varberg, Sweden S&RTS
When completing this technical worksheet based on the posted requirements, the Quoter shall assume the Government has no prior knowledge of the experience past or present the Quoter may have or performed. The technical evaluation is done based solely on the responses provided to the technical worksheet.
**Submission Rules**
· The Quoter shall provide convincing explanation and descriptions to address how the Quoter intends to meet each item in Sections 1 through 5 on the worksheet during the period of performance listed in the solicitation. The Quoter shall not simply restate the Government’s requirements or list their past performance and past experience.
· Statements that the Quoter understands, can, or will comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS); statements paraphrasing the PWS or parts thereof; flowcharts simply listing activities related to performance requirements of the PWS; and phrases such as “standard procedures will be employed” or “well known techniques will be used,” etc., without an explanation or description of how services will be performed during the period of performance listed, shall be considered unacceptable.
· Sections 1 through 4 of this Technical Worksheet shall not exceed 10 pages (a single-side is equal to 1-page). Section 5 of this Technical Worksheet will not be counted against the 10 pages.
· If more than 10 pages are received for Sections 1 through 4, only the first 10 pages will be evaluated and all other pages will be removed and therefore not evaluated.
· Documentary evidence (photos) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) lists will not count against the page limits.
· Failure to provide a response to Sections 1 through 5, completing this document in its entirety and failure to attach all requested documentation may result in the offeror’s quote being ineligible for award.

Note, the quoter may demonstrate relevant experience through a combination of efforts which together show the complete range of services. Failure to provide examples related to corporate experience may result in a quote being ineligible for award.
5. Contractor Plan for Continuation of Essential Contractor Services
5a. In accordance with DFARS 252.237-7024, Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services, the offeror shall provide with its offer a written plan describing how it will continue to perform the essential contractor services listed in Attachment 1 (PWS), paragraph 4.27 during periods of crisis. The Plan, at a minimum, shall address all elements as detailed below:

(1) Identify provisions made for the acquisition of essential personnel and resources, if necessary, for continuity of operations for up to 30 days or until normal operations can be resumed;
