About this file
This is a Technical Capability Submittal template for the Repairs to Fire Suppression Tank at Fort Harrison (Solicitation 140P4226R0031), a repair project at a National Park Service facility in Richmond County, Virginia. The template is designed for small businesses to demonstrate their qualifications and experience on similar projects.
Offerors must complete a Project Experience Questionnaire that requires submission of one or more relevant past projects, including project title, location, owner, and a contractor list identifying the prime contractor and any subcontractors with their specific roles, pricing, and performance periods. Respondents must describe the work performed, identify which project experience elements from the solicitation were addressed, explain any price and schedule changes from original to final costs and timelines, detail problems encountered and their resolutions, describe successful means and methods, and provide any additional relevant information. Additionally, offerors must identify all Biobased products to be purchased and used under the contract, specifying the percentage of Biobased content for each product and demonstrating compliance with USDA-recommended minimums. The template provides an extensive list of biopreferred product categories ranging from 2-Cycle Engine Oils (34% minimum) to Wood and Concrete Sealers with varying minimum Biobased content requirements. Offerors must also document prior experience over the past two years in specifying, purchasing, using, and installing Biobased products relevant to the construction work.
