90 CS Long Range Ethernet with High-Speed Ethernet Over Copper System Replacement Site Visit Agenda
Francis E. Warren AFB, WY 82005 11 April 2023 @ 0900 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)
1. Site Visit request must be received via email at seth.johnson.27@us.af.mil and trisha.lamarr@us.af.mil no later than 10 April 2023 at 0900 MDT. If names are not received, then they will not be able to attend the site visit.
2. All attendees that need a visitor pass to gain access to FE Warren AFB shall use the virtual visitor pass request process available through the DBIDS Virtual Enrollment System (DVES). Please see Attachment 7 - FEW DVES Virtual Pass Procedures for instructions. All email communication should courtesy copy (Cc) seth.johnson.27@us.af.mil and trisha.lamarr@us.af.mil. Sponsor information follows:

NOTE: The virtual pass process takes up to 3 days to complete. Contractors are strongly encouraged to submit their virtual pass requests as soon as they determine their intent to participate.
3. The Visitor Control Center opens at 0800. All attendees that need to receive a visitor pass should arrive at 0800 to allow for sufficient time to collect their pass. All attendees will need to have a copy of their driver’s license in order to access the base for this site visit.
4. All attendees need to arrive no later than 0840 MDT at the Trails End parking lot, located past Gate 1 on Randall Ave. Wayne Weckler will be parked in the parking lot, on the corner of Randall Ave and Shriever Road. We shall depart for the site visit at 0845 MDT or upon completion of the visitor access forms if there are delays at the Visitor Control Center. The Site Visit is schedule to begin at 0900.
5. All attendees will be required to utilize their own vehicles for the site visit. Valid vehicle insurance or the rental agreement will be needed for the vehicle in order to access the base.
6. No equipment will be provided by the Government for the site visit. All attendees must provide their own equipment for any site visit needs.
7. Only pictures of the proposed work area are authorized.
8. At no time shall money/funding be discussed by anyone.
9. Questions asked on site will be answered by the information contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any questions that are not answered by the PWS shall be submitted in writing (e-mail) to seth.johnson.27@us.af.mil and trisha.lamarr@us.af.mil no later than 13 April 2023 by 1100 MDT.
The government will address the questions and post them as Q&As on SAM.gov.
