About this file

This document appears to be a pre-registration workflow for visitor access to a federal installation. It details the process for visitors to register using a generic link, with their information reviewed by Visitor Control Center (VCC) personnel to conduct ID and background checks. If cleared, the visitor receives a text message with pass approval and access dates. If derogatory information is found, the VCC reviews the case and either approves or denies the visitor pass. When the visitor arrives at the installation, they can use their driver's license or a printed pass for access, which is validated against the registration information.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the purchase of 85 six-foot picnic tables and 41 forty-six inch picnic tables for the Anniston Army Depot. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement under NAICS code 339999. The solicitation will be issued electronically, with proposals due by 10:00 AM CST on October 31, 2024. All questions must be submitted in writing by October 23, 2024.
