About this file

This document appears to be an attachment outlining the pre-registration workflow for visitor access to a government installation. It describes the process where a visitor registers using a generic link, the visitor data is reviewed by Visitor Control Center (VCC) personnel, and if approved, the visitor receives a text message with pass details. If there is any derogatory information, VCC personnel review it. If approved, the visitor can use their driver's license or print a pass for access. When the pass is scanned, the system validates it and retrieves the visitor's registration information. VCC personnel must be CJIS certified to review visitor data.
