About this file
This document is a vehicle lease agreement between the State of Idaho, Technology Services ("Lessee"), and an unnamed vendor ("Lessor"). The agreement outlines the leasing of an unspecified number of vehicles, including the year, make, model, and VIN of each vehicle. The vehicles are to be delivered in good condition and comply with the specifications provided in the original solicitation document. The lease term and monthly payment amounts are also detailed, along with an excess mileage charge. The document establishes the order of precedence for this agreement, with the lease agreement taking priority over the purchase order and original solicitation.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the procurement of 25 Ludlum Model 26-3 radiation detection and measuring instruments, or an equivalent product. The solicitation involves the State of Idaho, as well as the jurisdictions of Ada County and Boise City. No additional details are provided regarding pricing, set asides, funding sources, or other salient information.
