About this file

This is a technical specifications document detailing requirements for storage boxes under three distinct Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The boxes must be constructed of double-walled corrugated fiberboard manufactured to ASTM-D118 standards, with glued (not stapled) construction and flutes perpendicular to the box opening scoreline. All boxes must contain at least 25% postconsumer fiber or total recovered fiber by weight, per EPA guidelines.

The document specifies three different box sizes: CLIN 0001 requires boxes measuring 36" x 9" x 28" (L x W x H), CLIN 0002 requires 36.5" x 10" x 19" boxes, and CLIN 0003 requires 26.5" x 20" x 9" boxes. This requirement is for Sierra Army Depot in Herlong, CA, and will be awarded as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 322211 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
