About this file

This document is an Attachment 4 - Cover Form for a state and local government Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) solicitation. The ITN is for Microsoft eLearning Tools for Microsoft application training, with the contract opportunity being managed by the state of Idaho and Bonner County. The Cover Form must be completed, signed, and submitted with the proposal. It collects information about the offeror such as business structure, tax ID, DUNS number, acknowledgment of compliance with the ITN requirements, and affirmations regarding legal employment practices and suspension/debarment status. The ITN requires a 90-calendar day firm and binding proposal. The contract term is not specified.

The pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent, current environment, and funding details are not included in this Cover Form document. The Cover Form focuses on collecting administrative and compliance information from the offeror as part of the proposal submission requirements.
