About this file

This is an Acceptable Performance Levels document that establishes the service standards and performance metrics for the Industrial Shredder Maintenance contract with DLA Disposition Services. The document outlines the minimum acceptable performance requirements that the contractor must maintain throughout the contract period to ensure reliable operation of Arjes/Hammel mobile shredders used in the disposal of Department of Defense excess and surplus property. The performance levels serve as the baseline criteria against which contractor performance will be measured and evaluated for compliance with contract obligations.

The specific performance metrics, response times, availability requirements, maintenance standards, and other measurable performance indicators contained in this document are referenced as Attachment 4 to the solicitation SP451026Q1030 and directly support the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 3). These acceptable performance levels are integral to the Firm Fixed Price and Time & Material IDIQ contract structure, which includes a 12-month base period plus two optional 12-month periods, and ensure that DLA Disposition Services' shredding operations at its Battle Creek headquarters and field sites worldwide maintain consistent operational effectiveness for the military services' property disposition mission.
