The RFP is seeking bids for CNA services on both day and night shifts, with an estimated 13,140 hours of service required for the 3-year term of the contract. Bidders must provide an all-inclusive hourly rate for these services, with the contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.

The contract term is 3 years, with the option to extend through a formal amendment. The state makes no guarantee of the actual service hours required, but the bidder's rates will be binding for the full contract term.
