All shipments must comply with DoD 4500.9R Defense Transportation Regulation Part II and MIL-STD 129 for packaging, marking, and labeling. The accepting activity must review and act upon invoices within seven calendar days of submission. Payment is contingent upon government verification that all required documentation is received, complete, and accurately reflects supplies delivered to the Tracy Consolidation Point.
