About this file

The file is an Excel spreadsheet (Attachment 3 Toilet Locations.xlsx) detailing 53 specific toilet locations across three ranger districts of the Rio Grande National Forest: Conejos Peak, Divide, and Saguache. Each entry includes geographic details such as site name, site type (e.g., campground, trailhead, boating site), precise latitude and longitude coordinates, county, number of toilets, and specific driving instructions. Toilet vault types are predominantly single or double vault configurations.

This document appears to be a supporting attachment for a federal contract opportunity for vault toilet pumping services issued by the USDA Forest Service. The related special notice indicates the Forest Service is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order for vault toilet pumping services, with responses due by July 23, 2025. The contract will cover labor, equipment, transportation, and incidental services for maintaining vault toilets at these 53 locations. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 (septic tank and related services), and interested parties are asked to submit capability statements and organizational information to the contract administrator, Rebecca Schowalter.
