About this file
This is a Technical Capability Submittals questionnaire for the INDE Electrical Rewiring project at 423 Locust Street, solicitation number 140P4226Q0056. The document is a template designed to collect detailed project experience information from offerors bidding on this National Park Service electrical contracting opportunity.
The questionnaire requires offerors to submit responses addressing project experience evaluation criteria specified in solicitation section L. Offerors must provide information on referenced projects including project title, location, description, owner details, and a contractor list identifying prime and subcontractors with their specific roles, prices, and performance periods. Responses must address seven key questions covering work performed, how the experience addresses specific project elements, reasons for price and schedule changes from original bids, problems encountered and resolutions, successful means and methods, and additional relevant information. Additionally, offerors must submit personnel resumes for key staff using the provided template, including current position, work experience over the past five years, education summary, and a statement of qualifications. The template also requires offerors to identify and document Biobased products they will purchase and use on the contract, specifying the percentage of Biobased content for each product and demonstrating compliance with USDA-recommended minimum percentages. The document includes an extensive list of biopreferred product categories with minimum Biobased content requirements ranging from 7% to 94%, covering items such as lubricants, cleaners, coatings, composites, and various construction materials.
