The contractor will be responsible for disconnecting existing equipment, removing marked items to a designated warehouse, and installing new equipment with complete utility connections (electric, water, drainage, gas). The installation requires proper calibration, function checks, and potential fire suppression system re-piping. The project includes specific technical specifications for each equipment piece, with warranties ranging from 1-7 years. Contractors must comply with base security requirements, obtain necessary permits, provide a safety plan, and complete the entire installation within one month of initial field installation. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside with a 500-employee size standard, and quotes are due by 29 May 2025 at 1:30 PM CDT.
