The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with these contract documents shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, and materials necessary to fabricate, finish, and professionally install a large, metal, weather-resistant ENJJPT patch on the exterior facade of Building 2320 and a combined 80 FTW + ENJJPT metal patch on the inside entry way of Building 2322 at Sheppard AFB, Texas.

1. A 67” tall ENJJPT no-color metal patch will be created and affixed to the exterior façade of Building 2320, 1911 J Avenue, directly next to, and in line with, the current “HOME OF ENJJPT” signage on the east facing side of the building. See Attachment 1 - ENJJPT No-Color (67"H) Specifications

a. The contractor will affix the metal patch to the brick façade using mounting hardware and installation methods capable of withstanding North Texas heat, cold, freezing conditions, and tornado‑force winds. The contractor shall ensure the patch is professionally aligned with the existing “HOME OF ENJJPT” signage and securely anchored to prevent shifting or separation over time. All exterior work shall be performed using appropriate ladders, lifts, or equipment that meet SAFB safety requirements. The contractor shall protect the existing brick façade during installation, document any pre‑existing damage prior to beginning work, and repair any damage caused by installation activities. Upon completion, the contractor shall clean the work area and restore surrounding surfaces to their original condition.

2. A 36” tall by 45” long ENJJPT and 80 FTW combined color patch will be created, delivered, and affixed to the interior entry hallway of Building 2322, 1911 J Ave. See Attachment 2 - ENJJPT+80thFTW (36"H x 45”L) Specifications

a. The contractor shall install the interior patch using mounting hardware appropriate for indoor wall surfaces, ensuring the patch is level, secure, and professionally aligned within the designated entry hallway location. The contractor shall protect all existing finishes, flooring, and adjacent surfaces during installation and shall document any pre‑existing damage prior to beginning work. All drilling, anchoring, or fastening must be performed in a manner that prevents damage to surrounding walls and complies with SAFB safety and facility standards. The contractor is responsible for unboxing, removing packaging, and disposing of all refuse material in accordance with SAFB solid‑waste diversion requirements and local regulations.

Upon completion, the contractor shall ensure the installation area is clean, free of debris, and restored to its original condition.
