About this file
This document contains a template for a Small Business Participation Commitment Document Worksheet. The template is to be used by offerors responding to the solicitation for performance of analytical services associated with target descriptions, vulnerability, survivability, and kinetic/non-kinetic weapon effectiveness studies, support to current operations, and the Joint Live Fire program for the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Offerors must complete the worksheet to detail any proposed subcontracting commitments to small or socioeconomically disadvantaged businesses, including the subcontractor name, size status, supplies/services to be provided, NAICS code, dollar value, and whether the commitment is enforceable or non-enforceable. Percentage participation goals are calculated for each socioeconomic category based on total subcontracting dollars and the offeror's proposed total contract value.
