To move over 1.8 million munitions assets into/out of storage structures. Only 7 of the 62 structures are accessible without a swinging-mast asset. The vehicular asset
(swingmast forklift) is historically only serviceable 67% of the year. The Combilift provides better view of the load when handled, less width than a standard forklift, lifts 8,000 pounds vs 6,000 pounds, and statistically has a 95% serviceability rate where utilized at other bases, making this equipment better suited to meet the needs of 28 MUNS.
Assets arriving in the near future will be over 6,000 pounds, making a Combilift or other piece of equipment necessary. Must have stand up operating capabilities, must be able to work and storage in -30 Degree
