About this file
This is an RFP Proposer Response Template for the Colorado Health Systems Directory (CHSD) project managed by the Colorado Office of Information Technology (OIT). The document serves as the required response format for vendors submitting proposals to develop and maintain a comprehensive health systems directory database. Proposers must provide detailed responses addressing mandatory minimum requirements across multiple functional areas, including references and experience, performance measures, database maintenance and security protocols, data integration and quality control procedures, data structure and entity management, reporting and analytics capabilities, patient-level claims data integration, enterprise data integration and data governance, OIT security requirements, and accessibility standards. The template requires vendors to demonstrate compliance with each RFP section through specific examples from previous projects, detailed methodologies, and implementation plans that illustrate their approach to delivering the expected services and functionality.
The response template does not specify pricing structures, set-asides, response deadlines, or contract term details within this particular document. Proposers are instructed to provide evidence supporting their responses upon request by the State and must address security requirements and accessibility compliance in accordance with OIT standards. The template emphasizes that vendors should include previous experience, case studies, and specific technical approaches to substantiate their capability to meet the directory's operational and data management requirements.
